EMBRACE AND CAPITALIZE ON EMPLOYEE PERSONALITY DIFFERENCES

This intense training session introduces participants to personality types and how each personality type influences efficiency and results. Attendees will learn personality theory and how this framework applies to their responsibilities and challenges. Participants will receive written personality profiles, further exploring individual perspectives. After full comprehension, attendees delve into similarities and differences experienced by the group and how these affect communication and performance. Group engagement exercises isolating personality preferences allows members to learn from their peers, improving group cohesiveness, customer services skills, and reducing unproductive conflict.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Stevie Peña is a personality researcher and advisor who understands how humans make decisions and how people collaborate with one another. Stevie applies qualitative and quantitative research methods to her projects and serves clients within the healthcare, public policy, and environmental industries. The pinnacle of her skillset is delivering clarity on the development and application of human personalities and motivations. Stevie’s unique background as a psychologist distinguishes her as an expert in relational skills development, incentives and social psychology. Ms. Peña holds a Master of Applied Psychology, a Master of Management and has recently completed course work for a Ph.D. in Business Psychology.
