BUSINESS OPERATIONS/ADMINISTRATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in analyzing current operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand operational challenges and devise practical solutions.
  • Support the operations team in project management tasks, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand and align operational objectives across the company.
  • Research industry best practices and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in operations management.
  • Assist in vendor management and supply chain optimization tasks.

 

BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE RESEARCH

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of laboratory and field studies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research, including the analysis of peer-reviewed studies.
  • Prepare and submit research findings to peer-reviewed journals.
  • Collaborate on research projects using tools such as SPSS, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Create concise research reports for both Clicksuasion’s internal team and clients.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Master software like WordPress, Adobe Creative Products, Google Analytics, G-Suite, Mailchimp, and more.
  • Grasp and apply core marketing concepts.
  • Design dashboards to display Key Performance Indicators.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies based on objectives and budget.
  • Advise on brand development, marketing placement, and other core marketing components.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to budget and objectives.
  • Develop content and present it to clients or potential clients.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and in-house teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and share insights.
  • Undertake internet research and practice social etiquette.
  • Comfortable with video presentations.
  • Contribute to projects that uplift the client organization or Clicksuasion Labs.

 

GRAPHIC DESIGN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and designs
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and design solutions for various projects
  • Work on designing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and banner
  • Use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva to create and edit visual content
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
  • Ensure designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines
  • Prepare design files for print or digital distribution, considering different formats and resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and feedback
  • Stay updated on current design trends and industry best practices
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining a digital asset library of design resources.
