RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Adjusts the content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and key performance indicators.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Advise clients on brand development, marketing placement, product, promotion, persuasion, message framing, and other marketing elements.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and potential clients.
  • Remain aware of emerging trends and share best practices, knowledge, and insights.
  • Represent themself and Clicksuasion Labs on video-based communication tools.
  • Contribute to any project that legally and morally contributes to improving the condition of the client organization.
  • Positivity and proactivity: You do not wait to be told what to do and are always one step ahead.
  • Practice excellent communication (both oral and written): You can independently draft widely disseminated documents and are confident in communicating with clients in-person, via video, telephone, and neat and legible handwriting.
  • Ability to work independently: You are self-motivated, self-directed, and love to cross off tasks from the list; you make things happen, then move on to the next project with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills and management of the following software applications: G-Suite, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Canva, Gmail, Slack, and execute general internet research.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You can work effectively with others in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational skills: You can coordinate multiple projects to work effectively under pressure and to meet prescribed deadlines.
  • Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
  • Adequate preparation and distribution of letters, memos, reports, news, data, insights, and stories with clients.
  • Manage CRM software and the client pipeline, schedule discovery and client meetings, and prepare proposals.
  • Telephonic communication etiquette.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLSETS

  • Experience in the consulting, marketing, and/or speaker industries.
  • Possess knowledge of psychology, marketing, communication, research, academia, and public speaking.
  • Understanding and practice of social etiquette.
  • Ability to assist researchers in creating fun content highlighting how people make decisions.

LOCATION

  • Hybrid, remote, or at office
