CRYSTAL SUETTERLIN:

Here we are, August 2019 and I have been with Clicksuasion Labs for a year now. Originally I started with the company as a part-time contractor hired for a specific project. As the project neared completion I realized I had found a “home” at the Lab. Since I had been out of the workforce for almost 10 years focusing on raising my children, I did not have a clear set of expectations on where I would be in one week let alone one year. What I found was that although I had no expectations, working with Mike and the rest of the team at Clicksuasion exceeded any expectation.
I find myself constantly challenged and pushed to be better on a daily basis. It is beyond description to work for a company that has faith in your abilities when you are unsure of yourself. No matter the project, the research, or the task I know that my team has my back. I have the freedom to grow, learn and flourish on a daily basis. I am so fortunate to have a company that wants only success for each team member and values my strengths as well as mentors my weaknesses.
On a personal note, this has been a very difficult year for me. While I will not go into personal details, what I will say is that I could not ask for a better team. They are patient, accommodating and unbelievably supportive. It is not only our team that has been phenomenal; however, our partners, clients, and colleagues as well. It is an incredible feeling to have so many people in your corner during hard times. This is why I don’t see them as co-workers, but as extended family.
The most rewarding part of my job is helping others. I have been fortunate to meet so many amazing people in such a short time. Watching people flourish, succeed and overcome their obstacles and challenges has been the highlight of my time at the Lab. I love meeting new people and learning about them and their businesses.
I am excited for what is next. Clicksuasion Labs has so many projects and plans for the upcoming year that I am excited to be included. I look forward to the challenges and continuing to learn and grow at the lab both personally and professionally. I look forward to meeting new people and those of you I haven’t had the privilege to meet as of yet.
