ZACHARY WADDINGTON:

When I was first introduced to Clicksuasion Labs I had the goal of advancing my skills in web development and in the technical industry. Throughout the past few months that I have been here, I have gained more experience and attained more knowledge than I initially anticipated. Not only have I learned about tasks relating to web development, but I have also learned a great deal about behavioral science, consumer decision making, and general business administration. Michael Barbera has been a mentor to me and to everyone that works with us at Clicksuasion Labs.
Three months ago when I first met Mike, I immediately noticed his transparent and genuine character. Mike’s transparency created an environment where I felt I could freely share my ideas as well as my concerns without feeling I was going against the company’s interests. It is this freedom to share and build upon ideas that I feel makes Clicksuasion Labs a cut above the rest. Clicksuasion Labs truly feels more than just a job where I go out and complete tasks. Instead, the work that I have accomplished has given me satisfaction in being a part of the process for influencing the way companies apply consumer psychology to marketing. Mike and the team genuinely want to see the success of all of the individuals at Clicksuasion Labs.
My first week I was tasked with meeting up with Damien and learning the way Clicksuasion Labs handles its tech stack. Shortly after I was tasked with completing very small edits and minor alterations to our websites. I was comfortably brought in and mentored the whole time. As soon as I was ready, Mike trusted me with making more significant changes to our websites. He is providing us with worthwhile challenges and preparing us to make a difference in the world of tech and marketing. The current advancements in our tech we have planned for our company, keeps me engaged and looking forward to what’s in store for the future.
I continue to grow with Clicksuasion Labs and expand my knowledge in computer science as well as psychology. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing team.
